Lived experience—not clinical authority
The idea came from the preparation gap.
Michael Jannicelli created Crohns247 from lived experience with Crohn’s disease and the practical reality of appointments, office calls, medication lists and follow-up instructions.
The purpose is narrow on purpose: give people a clean working desk to organize what they want to bring into a licensed-professional conversation. Crohns247 does not diagnose, prescribe, judge symptoms or tell anyone when it is safe to wait.
Michael is an entrepreneur and patient advocate through lived experience. He is not presented here as a clinician, medical reviewer or substitute for professional care.
